  2. I made tacos tonight - first time in years. Didn't have any beans, but I still enjoyed them.

  5. We have tacos frequently, however, over the years, our "tacos" have mutated into something different. LOL We like the flour tortillas with the taco fixin's. My husband loads and folds in half. I load mine and fold/roll like a burrito. I was surprised to see mango or peach salsa in your list of ingredients. I have never had either one. I make my own salsa which is always with tomatoes, onions and other goodies, but lately, I have been experimenting with different ingredients. One of the things I added to a salsa recently was reconstituted pablano peppers. I think I spelled that wrong...LOL They are dried chili peppers from the Mexican food section. I am amazed at the change in flavor. I will be cooking with these peppers a lot more.

Funny that my husband told me tonight that he wants tacos this week...

Must try pablano peppers. Are they real hot? Please try mango or peach salsa, it gives it such a great taste.

  8. Pablano peppers are not hot. They are chili peppers and just add a little heat. I made a salsa with tomatoes, onion, cilantro and pablano. The flavor was great! I watched a youtube to learn how to use them. It said to cut them up dry, then reconstitute in hot water. It seemed hard to cut, so the next time, I reconstituted them first, then tried to cut them up. Very messy...I recommend cutting them up while they are dry...LOL
