Rockin Recipe for Country Apple Crisp

Country Apple Crisp


•4 Cups sliced apples in a buttered baking dish- Very thin slices. Peel first.

•1tsp Cinnamon

•1/2 tsp Salt

•1/4 Cup Water

•3/4 C. Flour

•1 C Sugar

•1/3 C. butter or margarine

Spread butter, partly melted in a glass baking dish. Sprinkle cinnamon over the apples with the salt & water.

In a mixer or by hand, mix the flour, sugar and butter. Drop this mixture over apples and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

You may double the recipe if you wish.
